WEDDING STATIONARY
Congratulations to you on your upcoming nuptials! it's time to start the process of creating your perfect custom wedding invitations and stationary. CONSULTATION
4-5 months before wedding, Let's get together! Consultation is complimentary to discuss requested designs, event details, view samples and paper swatches. CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
After the estimate is approved, The contra
ct and 50% non-refundable deposit (which gets applied to your final payment) is required before any design work commences, balance is due one week prior to completion. DESIGN & PROOF
Once the design contract and deposit are received, I will create a proof of the design in which you will need to approve. It is your responsibility to carefully review your proofs for any errors - spelling, layout, etc. Once you give your final approval any errors are corrected at your expense. You should order a minimum of 10 extra for keepsakes and any last minute guests. Design for additional wedding day items such as programs, place cards, table number, favour boxes etc. will generally take place in the months and weeks leading up to your wedding after we have established your final invitation design. All other invitations, announcements and stationery are generally designed and created within a month or two of when you would like to receive them. Please contact me in advance to ensure my availability. Please note that in order to begin the design process I ask that you provide the necessary wording information. I will provide you with wording resources to help get you started. DESIGN APPROVAL
(3 months before wedding) When initial design is approved, I will email the final proof in which the client will confirm the style, layout, spelling, punctuation, etc. Client must review this carefully as Designs by KayJauns is not responsible for errors once the final proof is approved. At this time no further changes can be made and quantities cannot be decreased. PRINT & PRODUCTION
After final proof approval is received, Designs by Kayjaun's will start processing your order. Each order's production time may vary based on the design and quantity. Once the project is completed, it will be available for pick up or carefully packaged and shipped. ADDITIONAL INFO
Designs by KayJaun's accepts cash or bank deposit. Client is responsible for mailing costs associated with mailing. Designs by KayJaun's retains ownership of all original artwork, All work may not be reproduced in any form without consent from me. I retain all personal rights to use the preliminary and completed designs for the purpose of display or for other clients, upon request. PAYMENT & RUSH ORDERS
Orders may be considered RUSH if they are needed within a 4 – 5 week turnaround. Rush orders are accepted depending on my availability and the requirements of the project. Rush orders will add a charge of 20% to your order total. Rush orders payments are due in full at the time of ordering. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
If there is a need to cancel your order, please contact me right away. If I have not received your final approval and your project has not gone into production, you are responsible for your 50% deposit and any materials (paper, ribbon, etc.) that have been purchased. If your project has gone into the production process you are responsible for the entire amount as stated in your contract. Because of the personalization of custom stationery, orders are non-refundable, without exception. Every effort is made to assure your satisfaction. If there is an error on my part, I will do my best to correct the problem. CUPCAKE WRAPPERS/BOXES/BANNERS/ETCHED GLASSES & MUGS/TAGS ETC. Please place orders 2 – 4 weeks before your event.
