Cheryl-Ann Phillips-Gonzales CIP is a Certified Image Professional and the Owner/Manager of CHRYSALIS. She has over 25 years experience in Sales, Marketing, and Advertising, and has worked in the manufacturing distribution chain, from production, to product export and the retail end of the consumer market. She later on adapted her sales, marketing, and public relations skills within the financial industry, to influence competitive advantage and Corporate Social Responsibility at the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation. Cheryl-Ann is the holder of a Bachelor of Administration in Human Resources with a minor in Art Graphics from Baruch College, City University of New York. She has a diploma in Marketing from Roytec, and has done many courses from Leadership, Event Management, to Business Etiquette. She was awarded the Human Relations Medal for excellent interpersonal skills from Dale Carnegie’s Course in “Effective Speaking and Human Relations”. She earned her certificate in Colour Analysis from Image Resource Centre of New York LLC and was recently certified as an Image Consulting. Cheryl-Ann has lived in many countries and has traveled quite a bit. She is an avid reader, enjoys photography, interior design, cooking, and socializing, and has a creative gift of designing and producing art and craft, especially for the Christmas season. From her early teens, Cheryl-Ann had an interest in the way people dressed, their image as a whole, and always helped family and friends dress for special occasions. She is a “Shopaholic” and enjoys shopping for family and friends. Cheryl-Ann’s passion is to help people look their best at all times, with style and confidence, aiding individuals to look beyond the superficial. Her natural talent gives her the ability to accompany individuals on their particular and very personal journey through the exciting transformation, of aligning and harmonizing their image with their body, heart, and mind. Because Cheryl-Ann knows this can help build self-esteem and confidence and can change one’s life, she has chosen as her company’s tag line “change your image, change your life”.
