【一場風味的首航:在ITCE現場,我們重新定義「國際化」】
清晨的陽光,灑在ITCE 2025國際茶咖啡品鑑大會的入口。
我,站在這裡,內心無比激動。今天,不只是一場活動的參與。
這,是我們 — 里山農創與南開科技大學—在這條風味探索航道上的「首航」。
一場,為了見習、學習、並共同推動台灣風味走向世界的,神聖啟航。
長久以來,我們對「國際化」的想像,或許,只停留在將產品銷售到海外。
但,站在這裡,我們想分享一個,更深刻的信念。
真正的國際化,不是貨品的出口,而是「文化」的轉譯。
是透過一套,嚴謹的學理與科學方法學,讓全世界,能真正「讀懂」,台灣的風土、我們的食材、與,那,早已融入血液的文化底蘊。
「風味」,這件事,遠遠超越了我們的想像。它,不單只是,舌尖上的味道。它,是土地的「節氣」、是文化的「飲食習慣」、是我們,如何理解「食材與自身關係」的哲學。最終,這一切,才被淬鍊為「美味」的元素,轉譯成一套,能與世界對話的ISO國際語言。
這,是不同文化之間,進行標準化對話的模式。而今天,我們之所以如此興奮,是因為我們深信,我們,正在創造一套,真正屬於東方人、屬於台灣的「風味轉譯」的國際語言。這,難道不讓人興奮嗎!
我們正在見證一場寧靜的革命。
一場,從南投之心出發,準備好,要與世界,進行最深刻風味對話的革命。

A Maiden Voyage of Flavours: Redefining “Internationalisation” at ITCE
The morning sun poured over the entrance of the ITCE 2025 International Tea & Coffee Evaluation.
I stood there, heart pounding with anticipation. Today was not merely about attending an event.
It was our maiden voyage — a joint journey of Lishan Agritech and Nankai University of Technology — on the path of flavour exploration. A voyage dedicated to observing, learning, and together propelling Taiwan’s flavours onto the world stage.
For too long, “internationalisation” has been imagined simply as selling products abroad. But standing here today, we wish to share a deeper conviction.
True internationalisation is not the export of goods — it is the translation of culture.
Through a rigorous body of scholarship and scientific methodology, we aim to make the world truly read Taiwan — to understand our terroir, our ingredients, and the cultural spirit long woven into our very veins.
Flavour is far more profound than we often imagine. It is not merely a sensation upon the tongue. It embodies the rhythm of the land’s seasons, the habits of culture, the philosophy of how we relate to our ingredients. Only then is it refined into the elements of “deliciousness”, expressed in a language — an ISO of flavour — that can converse with the world.
This is the model of dialogue between cultures through shared standards. And today, our excitement comes from the belief that we are shaping a language of flavour translation that is distinctly Eastern, distinctly Taiwanese. How thrilling that is!
We are witnessing a quiet revolution. A revolution born in the heart of Nantou, now ready to begin the most profound dialogue of flavour with the world.
