We’ve seen that some people have questions about the negative reactions on a few of our Facebook posts, and we’d like to address this openly.
As with any public page, not everyone will agree with every decision we make and that’s completely okay. We respect everyone’s right to have their own opinion.
What we would like to clarify is that our recruitment process is not handled by AI.
Every application is personally reviewed by a real member of our team. Every message you receive is written by a person who takes the time to review your application, consider the information provided, and respond to you personally.
Because of that, we kindly ask for mutual respect and courtesy in every interaction.
Behind every application is a person with their own hopes and expectations and behind every reply is also a person doing their best to provide a fair and thoughtful review.
We understand that disappointment can happen, especially when an application does not have the outcome someone hoped for. At the same time, we believe communication should remain respectful on both sides.
Our goal is, and will continue to be, to provide a fair, transparent, and respectful recruitment process for every applicant.
We encourage everyone to form their own opinion based on their personal experience and direct communication with our team.
