We were truly honored to welcome Eric Chang and Chris , Roaster, to the Matrix booth to experience the M2 Pro AI Coffee Scale.

Eric Chang is a leading figure in Taiwan’s specialty coffee scene, champion of the Taiwan WCC selection, and represented Taiwan at the World Finals, with a sharp eye for coffee flavor and precision brewing. Chris is the co-founder and roaster of Coffee Underwater, skilled in coffee bean development and roasting.

At the booth, they explored M2 Pro’s features in detail: from switching between coffee-to-water and coffee-to-liquid ratios, to visualized brewing steps, and auto-calculation of extraction weight. Every detail sparked curiosity and thought, and seeing these professionals operate our product firsthand was truly inspiring.

Beyond operating the scale, they also shared insights on brewing workflows and coffee bean usage, providing valuable inspiration for professional applications of M2 Pro. M2 Pro First-Hand Experience — Yuya Kosakada｜Experienced Japanese Barista & Roaster ☕️🇯🇵

We were honored to welcome Yuya Kosakada, an experienced barista and roaster from Japan, to try the M2 Pro AI Coffee Scale at our booth.
Kosakada is a seasoned barista and head roaster at Raw Sugar Roast in Tokyo. He previously worked as a barista for world champion Paul Bassett, and has extensive experience at Japan’s renowned specialty coffee shop GLITCH COFFEE & ROASTERS. In 2022, he received the TYPICA GUIDE 3-Star Roaster Award, recognized for his exceptional roasting skills and deep understanding of flavor profiles.

We were honored to welcome Keisuke Honma, one of Japan’s most outstanding new-generation baristas, to experience the M2 Pro AI Coffee Scale at our booth.
Honma is the 2025 Japan Barista Championship (JBC) Champion and will represent Japan at the World Barista Championship (WBC). Over the years, he has built a strong reputation through his deep understanding of coffee beans, precise brewing skills, and flavor control. His 2025 victory reflects years of dedication and professional growth.

We were honored to welcome wataru_iidaka Wataru Iidaka, Japan’s top pour-over barista and 2025 Japan Brewers Cup Champion, to experience the M2 Pro AI Coffee Scale at our booth.
Known for his systematic approach, Iidaka doesn’t only refine a single brewing technique—he considers the complete workflow from equipment selection, process design, to maintenance, believing that stable and excellent coffee comes from reliability and control at every step.

At the booth, Iidaka carefully explored each mode and feature of the M2 Pro, demonstrating the precision and attention to detail expected of a professional barista.

Even more inspiring, he spontaneously brewed coffee on-site with his own beans, allowing visitors to taste coffee crafted by a Japanese champion! ☕️✨

At the 2025 Taipei International Coffee Expo, we had the honor of welcoming Dong-Yuan Lin — widely known as the Godfather of Taiwanese Coffee. GABEE.
With over 20 years immersed in the world of specialty coffee, he has played an influential role in shaping the craft and culture of coffee in Taiwan.

We were truly honored to have him experience the M2 Pro AI Coffee Scale at our booth.
With his signature calm and precise brewing style, Lin tested each feature—brew ratio switching, visualized extraction flow, and the automatic measurement after lifting the dripper.

He paid particular attention to the scale’s responsiveness and interface logic, evaluating how each detail aligns with the real workflow of professional brewing.

At the 2025 Taipei International Coffee Show, we were truly honored to welcome Junichi Yamaguchi,
world-renowned latte art champion (2014 Coffee Fest Latte Art World Champion) and founder of here kyoto,
who recently opened his first overseas branch in Tainan, Taiwan – “here kyoto Tainan｜開山·清水.”

It was a privilege to have Junichi personally explore the M2 Pro AI Coffee Scale at our booth.
He experienced everything from powder-to-water ratio adjustments and visualized brewing workflow
to automatic extraction weight calculation when lifting the dripper. Each detail sparked discussions and thoughtful observations.

He is the founder and head of Moonshine Coffee Roasters, with extensive hands-on experience and a strong background in international coffee competitions.
His years of professional brewing experience have honed a keen sensitivity to extraction precision, coffee flavor profiling, and workflow efficiency.

Zenki Ho visited our booth to experience the M2 Pro AI coffee scale,
