ЛЕНИВЫЙ ТОРТ «НАПОЛЕОН» С МАЛИНОВОЙ ПРОСЛОЙКОЙ🍓

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ (на торт диаметр 20 см):
Для крема:
✅ 3 яйца
✅ 300 г сахара
✅ щепотка соли
✅ 75 г муки
✅ 750 мл молока
✅ 75 г сливочного масла ⠀
Для малиновой прослойки:
✅ 150 г малины
✅ 25 г сахара
✅ 15 г кукурузного крахмала ⠀
Для коржей:
✅ 1 кг слоеного теста ⠀

ГОТОВИМ:
Крем:
Соединяем яйца, 150 г сахара и соль. Добавляем муку и перемешиваем. В сотейнике соединяем молоко, 150 г сахара, перемешиваем и доводим до кипения. Постоянно помешивая венчиком, вливаем горячее молоко в яичную смесь. Переливаем снова в сотейник и варим до загустения. В горячий крем добавляем сливочное масло и перемешиваем. Накрываем пищевой плёнкой в контакт (так, чтобы плёнка соприкасалась с поверхностью крема) и даём полностью остыть. ⠀

Малиновую прослойку:
В сотейнике соединяем малину, сахар, кукурузный крахмал и доводим до кипения. Варим до загустения, снимаем с огня и даём остыть. ⠀

Коржи:
Размораживаем и раскатываем слоёное тесто. Вырезаем 4 круга диаметром 20 см и накалываем вилкой. Выпекаем вместе с обрезками в разогретой до 180 градусов духовке 10-15 минут. После остывания каждый корж делим на 2 части, а обрезки измельчаем в блендере.

Собираем торт по принципу: корж 👉🏼 крем 👉🏼 корж 👉🏼 крем 👉🏼 малиновая прослойка и т.д.
Убираем пропитываться в холодильник на пару часов, а лучше на ночь!
