🥛Домашній бариста. Як спінити молоко підручними засобами.

👉🏻 Блендером. У високий залізний посуд налийте молоко і поставте на маленький вогонь. Збивайте молоко занурювальним блендером прямо під час нагрівання, але не доводьте до кипіння.

👉🏻 В банці. Невелику банку на третину заповніть холодним молоком і накрийте кришкою. Швидко потрясіть банку вгору і вниз протягом хвилини. Зніміть кришку і поставте банку в мікрохвильовку на 30 секунд. Молоко нагріється і пінка осяде, ставши густою і щільною.

👉🏻 Френч-пресом. Наповніть колбу на третину теплим молоком. Потім швидко піднімайте і опускайте вниз фільтр френч-преса. Через 30-40 секунд молочна піна готова.

👉🏻 Капучинатором. Це професійний недорогий прилад для швидкого спінювання молока.

👉🏻 Вінчиком. Молоко нагрійте у посуді з високими бортиками. Нахиліть ємність під кутом 45° і швидко збивайте вінчиком до появи піни. Цю піну відразу вливайте в каву.
