Шоколадно-банановый торт

Тесто:
Яйца - 3 шт
Сахар - 1 стакан
Мука - 200 г
Молоко - 100 мл
Масло сливочное - 90 г
ванилин 1 щепотка
Соль - 1 щепотка
Кофе растворимый - 1 ч. ложка
Какао – порошок - 1,5-2 ст. ложки
Сода гашеная - 3/4 ч. ложки
Крем:
Сметана - 500-600 г
Сахар - 3-5 ст. ложки
Глазурь:
Сметана - 2 полные ст. ложки
Сахар - 3 ст. ложки
Какао-порошок - 1 ч. ложка
Бананы не крупные - 2 шт. для прослойки

1. Взбить яйца с сахаром, солью и ванилином 5 мин.
В теплом молоке растворить кофе.
Масло слегка подогреть.
В яичную смесь добавить масло, молоко, соду, взбить.
Муку перемешать с какао, просеять в тесто. Перемешать. Вылить в форму 20 см (смазать дно).
Печь 30-50 мин при 180* (у меня пекся 50 мин, смотрите по своей духовке, первые 20 мин духовку не открывать, проверить готовность на сухую спичку). Остудить.
2. Для крема перемешать сметану с сахаром.
Для глазури все ингредиенты перемешать, варить на медленном огне до однородности (не долго).
3. Остывший бисквит разрезать на 2-3 коржа (у меня 3 получилось, с верхнего сняла "шапочку" и порезала кубиком).
Бананы порезать тонкими кружочками.
Нижний и средний корж смазать кремом, прослоить бананами, сложить друг на друга. Верхний корж смазать, но бананы не выкладывать.
Кубики бисквита перемешать с кремом, выложить сверху. Полить произвольно глазурью.

Оставить для пропитки на 2 часа и более.
