Women remain underrepresented in leadership roles, media visibility, and pay. And this is not unique to one country, it’s a structural challenge across markets.

Recent reports show that women are increasingly taking leadership roles in Ukraine’s tech and business sectors, while many European markets still face a significant gender gap in senior leadership.

Real change requires consistent effort.

For the third consecutive year, COMMSX, part of the global PR group Convoy, is proud to join Canela PR’s Keep Working for Change initiative ().

In 2026 we are dedicating 300 pro bono hours to support WiSPR — the Institute of War Psychology, helping amplify women’s voices and support initiatives that create measurable impact.

On December 9, we supported our client, - українська ERP-платформа з податковою звітністю Cloud ERP Platform, at 2025 — the country’s leading event in the field of management and enterprise technologies.

The COMMSX team, together with .marketing, delivered a full-cycle presence for the client: from concept development and stand design to on-site coordination, communications, and a panel discussion.

This year’s Forum focused on the issues that will define the competitiveness of Ukrainian companies in the years ahead:
▪️ digital independence;
▪️ transitioning away from hostile software;
▪️ operational resilience and technological modernisation;
▪️ implementation of solutions capable of scaling businesses in conditions of uncertainty.
