In every sport there are the most common injuries, and running is no exception (Kindred J., 2011). The rehabilitation of athletes, the combination of therapeutic measures and training have their own specifics and can differ significantly from the treatment of people who are far from sports. With this in mind, if you have health problems, try to contact those doctors who have experience working specifically with athletes. Otherwise, you risk getting a recommendation, as is often the case, to stop all sports.
