EYE EXERCISES👀

While studying or working, you need to take breaks and give rest to your eyes in order not to worsen your vision and reduce fatigue🤔 The Eye Charger, which I use on a regular basis, will help with this:

These are all signs of APATHY. Apathy is a state of indifference, detachment from what is going on, lack of motivation for any activity.

Sometimes, I also fall into a state of apathy, but if before, to get out of it I needed SEVERAL WEEKS, now it takes SEVERAL HOURS✍🏻.

Exercise Against Apathy🗝

An exercise that helps me recover when I feel physically and emotionally exhausted, Apathy for everything:

1. separate mentally from my condition, observe the condition from the outside: understand what caused it, and how to get out of it.

2. Talk through all the reasons, resentments, and grievances about yourself and the world that caused the APATHY condition.

3. Go into an "advocate" state and confront all the negative beliefs about yourself and the world, such as: "I'm lazy and I won't achieve anything" "I can achieve the goal because in spite of my laziness, I'm gradually moving forward."

4. Get some sleep, rest for 1-2 hours. After the exercise and rest, strength and energy will appear.

This exercise is a way FOR HOURS to recover physically and emotionally by working through the causes of apathy📜
