Мене дуже тригерить, коли у клієнта змінюється менеджер.
Бо я не знаю, чого очікувати. Це завжди блек бокс. Навіть якщо все гаразд з проєктом.

У 2015 році я пішов працювати Head of SEO в COMFY

Йшов на хвилі мегауспіху F.ua - той самий Fotos
Ми зробили SEO диво в f-ua: створили свою мінісуміш Ahrefs з SAPE "під капотом", масовий беклінкінг, табличну верстку, масове наповнення контентом усіх сторінок сайту за допомогою відгуків, підклейки, топовий блог та багато інших речей.

Ми стали другими за трафіком після ROZETKA. А у своїй семантиці збирали максимальний трафік.
Зробили Fotos геймченджером і іконою в ніші. За нами копіювали майже всі е-комерс гравці України.
У нас була SEO-дрім тім. На чолі Дмитро Покотило. до тіми входили Віталій Дем'янченко, Vitalii Sobko, Lena Parfonova, Natalia Golovchenko

І ось я прийшов у COMFY. Йшов з однією думкою — будувати щось подібне, бо іншого не вмів. На той час Комфі вела Promodo Digital Agency.
Мені тоді здалося, що агенція є блокером для купи імплементацій. Бо на той час, як мені здавалося, не було геймченджер-рішень.

Ми довго спілкувалися з Sasha Zhylyayev щодо формування інхаус-команди.
І тоді він сказав просто магічні слова: "Розумієш, Ігорю. Сьогодні ти є, а завтра тебе немає. А Промодо і Олександр Колб з нами завжди." Тоді я не зовсім зрозумів сенс цих слів. Да зовсім не зрозумів. І… звільнився :)

А з роками зрозумів, наскільки Саша був правий. Особливо коли заснував своє агентство Rankup-Ua.

Гео-залежні запити - найпотужніша точкою росту сайту.
Це топ, бо можна значно зекономити на лінках.

Приклад 1. Якщо видача англійською (або іспанською) мовою в різних країнах відрізняється, варто формувати окремі цільові сторінки для кожної країни. Можливо, має сенс створювати окремий сайт для конкретної країни.

Приклад 2. Якщо видача в різних містах відрізняється. Це часто зустрічається в e-commerce.
Розгляньте доцільність створення окремих посадкових сторінок для кожного міста. А в рідкісних випадках – окремого сайту, якщо велика конкуренція.
Зверніть увагу на скріншот 1
Rozetka взяла верх через бренд або за лінкі – вона топ 1. Під нею вже нормальні регіональні сторінки.
Зверніть увагу, що запит однаковий як для Вінниці, так і для Білої Церкви. Але видача різна, оскільки Google розуміє, звідки йде запит.
Думаю, що якщо створити регіональний сайт, можна легко обійти Rozetka.

Приклад 3. Запит може бути на одній мові, але у видачу додається регіональна мова, залежно від IP користувача.
Розглянемо кейс (скріншот 2). Українці переїхали до Європи і шукають там свої запити.
Проаналізуйте доцільність створення сторінок українською (або ру) для гео Польща (унікальний контент – маст, додайте hreflang та перехресні посилання).
Проаналізуйте створення окремих сайтів українською (або ру) для гео Польща.

Приклад 4. Якщо видача однорідна, однакова – немає сенсу створювати регіональні версії сторінок.
Чим більше я аналізую семантику через призму гео-залежних запитів, тим менше бачу негеозалежних запитів.
Раніше видача по запиту "wordpress templates" була однаковою в усьому світі. Зараз це не так. У Нью-Йорку одна видача, в Лос-Анджелесі інша, а в Лондоні вже значна присутність сторінок під Британію.

🚀 In March 2022, our team was approached by a client who was facing significant challenges with their Ukrainian e-commerce website. The website had experienced a steady decline in performance, resulting in decreasing traffic, diminishing sales, and a loss of market share.

📊 What we achieved:

Increased the keys for which the site is ranked by 10,100 🔝
Increased traffic to the site by 9,500 visitors per month 📈
Brought 2,001 new keys to the TOP 10 🎉
Brought 449 new keys to the TOP 5 🏆
🛠 What we did to get these impressive results:

Conducted a full audit for technical errors; one major problem was the lack of SSR. Since the client couldn't implement SSR due to technical issues, we used Dynamic Rendering as a temporary solution. It worked perfectly, and Google was able to crawl all the available information on the site. 🕷

Completely redesigned the GEO pages: changed the URL generation logic, and optimized the headings, content, and title & description. Additionally, we expanded the number of cities for which GEO pages were created, resulting in additional traffic from GEO pages. 🗺

Further optimized the content on pages that were close to the TOP-10. This helped increase the number of keywords for which the pages were ranked and improved their positions in search results. 🔍

Conducted a thorough analysis of the current link profile and developed a strategy to reject spammy links.
