Don't energize your problems
The less you talk about them, the faster they will disappear. Any problem that can be solved is not a problem. Therefore, you should not let stupid little things clog your head, spoil your mood and lose your mood.
I allow myself a day to be sad, no more. After this day, I get out of bed and flutter. It’s not worth holding back all the emotions in yourself, give yourself time to throw them out, they need to get out of you so that at some point you don’t explode. Learn to let go of sadness, emotions, problems, people. If something brings sadness, then it is not for you. Once you understand this, you will begin to easily remove all unnecessary things from your life quickly and without. You can not get out of discouragement, start with daily rituals. It seems like a trifle, but you will be surprised how thoughts in your head and life change.
