Do something you've been putting off for a long time.We all put something off: a call to the insurance company, cleaning or buying new batteries. Over time, even those little things pile up and make it hard to relax. If possible, try to do them as soon as you remember them. Or add one such thing at a time to your list of tasks for the day. After you've dealt with the basics, do the things you've been putting off for a while. You'll be surprised how much happier and more productive you'll feel.

Don't be too predictable

If you do the same thing day after day, you can get bogged down in routine. So try to get rid of the monotony and predictability in your life. Get out of your comfort zone at least once a week and do something new that you have not done before. For example, have lunch in a different cafe or go shopping in a different store. New experiences make us happier, help us see the world differently and energize us.

Repeat positive attitudes affirming your progress in the area in which you want to improve. Try to surround yourself with positive people. Do not forget that emotions are contagious. Be active. Exercise causes the release of endorphins.
