Do something you've been putting off for a long time.We all put something off: a call to the insurance company, cleaning or buying new batteries. Over time, even those little things pile up and make it hard to relax. If possible, try to do them as soon as you remember them. Or add one such thing at a time to your list of tasks for the day. After you've dealt with the basics, do the things you've been putting off for a while. You'll be surprised how much happier and more productive you'll feel.
