People are actively searching for what they want to buy and choose who to purchase from. On the other hand, with targeted advertising, we deal with «cold» or «warm» audiences. 🤎 Objective: Rent out apartments near Orlando that were still under renovation.

🤎 Steps Taken:

1. Conducted a client briefing to identify strengths and weaknesses.
2. Analyzed competitors.
3. Analyzed the target audience.
4. Developed a Unique Selling Proposition (USP) to capture audience interest.
5. Created a promotion strategy focusing on lead generation due to website audit findings.
6. Developed highly effective creatives (video creatives were not possible due to lack of content).
7. Launched the campaign, optimized, and scaled.

🤎 Challenges:
Facebook blocked all creatives because advertising real estate in the USA requires selecting the “REAL ESTATE” category, which excludes detailed targeting options (location, age, audience interests). However, we found a solution.

**Results After 2 Months:**

- 304 leads (potential clients)
- 2 rentals (could have been more, but the lead processing department...well, you know 🙈🤦‍♀️)
- Spent: $1,681 on advertising
- Earned: $33,600
