Many startups try to launch a product before validating the market.
But real traction starts earlier.
In this case, we worked with a Norwegian PetTech startup Furry Fitness entering the UK market to validate the idea before building the product.
Instead of relying on assumptions, we focused on real customer insights.
What we did:
• customer-centric research
• audience segmentation and personas
• competitor and market analysis
• “fake door” hypothesis testing
• real-time market validation
The result:
✔ 278,638 pet parents reached during testing
✔ 70% drop in customer acquisition cost
✔ CPI below PetTech benchmarks
✔ 1000+ app downloads
✔ grant secured from Innovation Norway
But the most important outcome was clarity:
- who the real customers are
- what they value
- are they ready to pay
- which channels actually work
This allowed the startup to move forward with a validated go-to-market strategy instead of guesswork.
