If your Shopify store is getting traffic but people aren’t buying, the problem isn’t traffic. The problem is what’s happening (or not happening) on your site.



Here are 4 smart ways to find conversion-killing pain points using analytics:

1. Exit Pages
Go to GA4 → Behavior → Pages & Screens → Sort by exits.
If people are exiting from product pages or cart, something is pushing them away.
Check load speed, missing info, poor CTA, or UX issues.

2. Time on Page + Scroll Depth
High time on page but low scroll = they’re stuck, not engaged.
Probably means the first screen doesn’t hook them or there's no clear next step.
Make sure your value prop is strong and your CTA is obvious.

3. Funnel Analysis
Set up a funnel: Product View → Add to Cart → Begin Checkout → Purchase.
Drop-offs between steps show exactly where you’re losing money.
Usually it's a broken UX, friction in checkout, or trust issues.

4. Mobile vs Desktop Performance
