Свинина под крабовой шубой

Ингредиенты:
▫️свиная шейка — 1 кг
▫️лук репчатый — 1 шт.
▫️грибы замороженные — 200 г
▫️крабовые палочки — 200 г
▫️сыр — 100 г
▫️сметана 20% — 2 ст. л.
▫️яичные желтки — 2 шт.
▫️растительное масло — 2 ст. л.
▫️соль — по вкусу
▫️перец черный свежемолотый — по вкусу

Способ приготовления:
1. Свинину нарезать на отбивные толщиной 2 см, слегка отбить с обеих сторон, посолить, поперчить.
2. На растительном масле обжарить лук с грибами, посолить.
3. В миске смешать нарезанные кружками крабовые палочки, тертый сыр, грибы с луком, сметану и желтки.
4. Противень смазать растительным маслом, выложить на него куски мяса, каждый из которых покрыть крабовой шубой (по 2 ст. л. на кусок) и отправить в духовку, разогретую до 210°C, на 40 минут. На низ духовки обязательно установить поддон с водой.
