Hitachi Seaside Park
Hitachi Park's flower fields are an amazing masterpiece of landscape design, created with true Japanese attention to detail. They are located on the coast of the Pacific Ocean and occupy a vast area. Flowers occupy most of the park — tulips, lilies, forget-me-nots, poppies, and daffodils. Of course, there is a place for the cherry trees, so beloved in the Land of the Rising Sun. According to the designers' idea, almost every month has its color. For example, in early June, the field is covered with crimson-red flowers of poppies, and in July, it becomes bright green because of the fluffy kochia. It turns purple-red in the fall, creating an incredible contrast with the blue sky and the lemon-yellow paths of sand. You can come to Hitachi Park at any time of the year, even in winter, when bright colors fade, but it still looks beautiful.
