Igor Oklander, CEO of MIM:AGENCY, and Vitaliy Sadovsky, the agency’s COO, took part in the Lviv Medical Forum, where they discussed new approaches to digital marketing for clinics in the age of AI-powered search.

During the meeting, they discussed:
🔻How patient behaviour is changing and what this means for clinic marketing.
🔻 How changes in search affect calls and appointment bookings.
🔻 What is needed for AI to recommend your clinic specifically.
🔻 How to assess visibility in AI and its impact on the number of enquiries.
🔻 What mistakes reduce patient flow even with high-quality service.

For our team, participating in such events is an opportunity to explore changes in the digital landscape in greater depth and to implement relevant AI solutions into our clients’ marketing strategies.

One of leading logistics companies faced a typical problem: thousands of invoices every day, manual filling, errors, and delays in shipment statuses. The company sought to reduce customer service time, minimize human error, and speed up cargo notifications.

The MIM:AGENCY team implemented an AI document management system with OCR and machine learning that automatically recognizes data from paper documents, PDFs, and photos, verifies their accuracy, generates invoices and QR/barcodes, and sends shipment statuses in real time via SMS, email, or messengers. The system integrates with CRM and PIM, allowing data to be synchronized and duplication to be avoided.

📍 Results after three months:
- Errors in documents: 5–7% -

📊According to Statista’s forecasts, the artificial intelligence market is set to exceed $830 billion by 2030. Technologies that were considered limited just a few years ago are now being integrated into key business processes

Currently, 40% of companies are already using AI, though mostly for internal tasks. The main barriers to wider adoption have been concerns about costs, a shortage of specialists and data security; however, thanks to solutions from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, these obstacles are gradually disappearing

📍Technological progress is moving faster than expected: what was predicted for decades is being realised in just a few years

Marketing is changing faster than any other business function, and with it, the workload on teams is changing.

According to Marketing Week, among 3,500+ marketers:
🔸58% feel overwhelmed
🔸50% feel emotionally exhausted
🔸48% feel a loss of satisfaction from their tasks
🔸40% feel a decline in their sense of effectiveness
🔸80% have experienced imposter syndrome at least once

Research by the Chartered Institute of Marketing completes the picture:
🔹 51% of professionals fear burnout (57% aged 25–34)
🔹49% expect changes in working patterns
🔹52% are concerned about the impact of AI on their careers
🔹65% believe that technology is being implemented faster than teams can adapt
🔹70% show higher productivity when interacting in person

This does not mean that marketing is becoming more difficult. It means that it has become systematic: more channels, faster decision cycles, and more responsibility for business results.

Therefore, today’s competitive advantage is not the number of tasks, but the architecture of processes. When the work structure is right, the team’s energy is spent on strategy, not chaos.

A printing company approached us to analyze the effectiveness of an advertising campaign launched using Google Ads

All ads in the account had a “poor” quality score. The average cost per click was over 20 UAH, and the cost per conversion was almost 170 UAH

The team’s work included:
🔸tracking the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and planning expenses;
🔸filling out weekly reports on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
🔸restructuring advertising campaigns: regrouping keywords, dividing campaigns by language targeting to increase the relevance of ads to users’ search queries;
🔸creating new search ads for each group of keywords. The ad texts and headlines used relevant keywords, descriptions of services and service benefits, and calls to action;
🔸analyzing competitors’ landing pages to identify the conversion-boosting elements they use;
🔸Restructuring and reconfiguring remarketing in the media network.

📊Results:
The higher the quality of the ad, the lower the cost per click. After optimization, CPC decreased by 25%, more traffic began to be received within the same campaign budget, and the number of conversions increased, while their cost decreased by 41%

Les Bine and Peter Field are the architects of a data-driven system that demonstrates how to balance immediate sales activation with long-term brand development

📊 Analysis of thousands of IPA cases has proven that the optimal balance for most consumer brands is 60% on brand and 40% on activation. But this is not a dogma. The ideal split depends on: industry, purchase model, product innovation, category life cycle stage, and brand size

📌Creativity and accurate measurements are key: emotionally charged campaigns work best when supported by sufficient activation, and brand share of voice correlates strongly with market share. The right balance maximizes ROI and ensures sustainable business growth

Many entrepreneurs believe that scaling up means hiring new people, renting larger offices, and proportionally increasing costs. But true scaling works differently: your revenue grows much faster than your expenses

How can you reach a new level without inflating your staff? Here is a step-by-step strategy:

📍 Business model analysis
Before rushing ahead, assess what is already working. Where are you losing money, and where are you creating the most value? Scaling inefficient processes is a path to rapid failure

📍Automation is your main ally
Digitalisation is the key to handling large volumes of tasks without new employees. Chatbots, automated email marketing, automatic invoicing, artificial intelligence implementation. All this takes the routine off your team, allowing them to focus on development

📍 Look for growth opportunities
Look for niches where you can make more profit without significant investment. Perhaps this means entering new online platforms, changing the customer experience, or optimising existing business processes

📍 Test and scale successful solutions
Don’t try to implement everything at once. Launch pilot projects, collect data (KPIs), and scale only what has already proven to be profitable

📍 Overcoming seasonality
Seasonality is not a sentence, but a reason to review your sales strategy. Diversifying your product range, introducing tools such as “pay in instalments” (which helps to sell more expensive goods even in the off-season) or new partnership programmes will help stabilise cash flow throughout the year

📌Scaling is not about the amount of resources, but about the efficiency of their use. This systematic work allows you to get the most out of what you already have

Every day, people are exposed to thousands of messages. Advertising, news, expert opinions, social media. As a result, it’s not just competition for attention that develops - it’s information noise. Noise can not only be overwhelming, but also disorienting, making it difficult to perceive important signals

📌 Focus instead of mass appeal
Speaking to everyone means speaking to no one. A clear segment sends a stronger signal

📌 Content instead of quantity
More posts do not always mean more trust. One structured case with specifics works better than ten abstract messages

📌 Systematization instead of chaos
A unified strategy, repeated key messages, and a consistent visual language build recognition

📌 Dialogue instead of pressure
People are tired of shouting. They respond to relevance and meaning. Communication that responds to real requests automatically stands out

This approach not only attracts attention but also increases trust, loyalty, and brand memorability. In a world of information noise, the winner is the one who knows how to speak to the audience without unnecessary fuss
