He entered the ring undefeated… and never left the same.
Prichard Colón, the rising Puerto Rican boxing star known as Digget, died on August 13, 2026, at just 33 years old. Born in Florida and raised in Orocovis, Puerto Rico, he built a perfect 16-0 pro record with 13 knockouts before a tragic 2015 fight changed everything.
After suffering severe brain injuries, he spent 221 days in a coma and lived the next decade under the constant care of his family. In 2021 the WBC named him an honorary world champion and presented him the green-and-gold belt he once dreamed of.
Watch until the end to discover the powerful reason they called him the “Champion of the Heart.”
His story is one of talent, courage, and a fight that went far beyond the ring.
Rest in peace, Digget.
