When you started working in 2003 at age 22, you were earning 500k. Adjusted for inflation, that’s around 1.2 to 1.5 million UGX today and even back then, you still complained about the pay.
Now it’s 2025, and you’ve started your own business. Whether it’s profitable or not, you pay graduates only 300k and somehow feel proud of it. You even laugh at your colleagues for paying their workers more all while complaining about the government.
I can never respect someone just because they’re older. Respect should come from the work you’ve done for the greater good and how you treat people
