NO DOESN'T NECESSARILY MEAN NO;

In so many circumstances sales people face this ANSWER challenge but as a professional sales person what can you do after hearing this from your prospect/clients?

Its actually what you do next that determines whether that NO was a really NO or not.

To always start with WHY you should immediately ask yourself WHY he/she had to say NO.

In this you have to check your approach,the quality of your products, Timing and then the prospect's current situation and state at that moment.

Here you may find that your products quality doesn't satisfy the target Client then you work on improving the quality to meet the client's expectations,

TIMING,this is a key factor that all sales agents and marketers have to consider, In most cases we tend to meet people in their busy and rush hours and it's very difficult to win a sale from such a person since he/she can not give you attention.

CURRENT STATE of a Client is also a key factor that every sales person should consider before winning a sale from a prospect,its true you came to convince and sell to this person, but you have to also be mindful about your target's situation, its difficult if not impossible to sell to someone in a bad health condition and in a sorrowful state.

DREAM BIG BUT START SMALL:

A week ago,I had a discussion with a great friend,and she told me that one of the very reasons why most of the YOUTHS graduates and non graduates are un employed today is that "THEY DREAM BIG AND WANTS TO START BIG" this is a very big mistake in archiving your big dreams.

All people of great Wealth and those big companies we admire never started from the top,all they had was that Big Idea(Dream) on which they designed a clear definite plan and by following step by step of that organised plan things started working out in their favour and crossed over.

It doesn't matter how big your Dream may be ,if you don't start small ,you will never live to see that Big Dream in its physical equivalent.

Good things take time and starts small however step by step it becomes a reality.

Reach decisions quickly and slowly change them in your direction. Yes you can do it and all you need is to START .

MAN AND TECHNOLOGY (PART 2)

In our last part we had started looking at how JUMIA and World's ALIBABA founders foresaw the future of business and got there before others, as you're reading this,their businesses are making huge sums of money in what is termed as ORDER WE DELIVER options that many entrepreneurs undermine yet it's a new working style in this new era.

Amazingly to start up such a business doesn't require having loaded lean PURSE but a positive mind,your usual phone or a computer can be your turning point for wealth, as long as you can smartly associate with manufacturers and big traders on market.

Recently, I had a conversation with my great friend who discovered and taken advantage of fast improving technology to start up something via her usual smartphone where she is earning well inspite her status as a University student.

When I asked her why many people especially the YOUTH are still unemployed even after graduating with Bachelors, she immediately said "THEY DON'T WANT TO READ "she added that most schools have no programs to teach about LIFE AFTER SCHOOL and this is the major cause of unemployment today.

Only few whose eyes have been opened to research and read more about life are the ones who are able to start up something with available resources.
The world needs practical and skilled people today and the good news is that such skills can be acquired through constant reading on internet either on a phone or a computer according to one can afford.

I dedicate this article to my great friends NOELA KERWOKO and CHANCE KERWOKO, thank you for your inspirations, appreciation and enthusiasm in reading and arching a desired goal .

For over the years, there has been amazingly established wonders of the world.
The white man is working so tirelessly to make everyone's life more better and easier than it was about 1000 years ago.

It is also said that "if your business is not on internet, you're not in business "this is really true considered that where many people are there high chances for better sales return.
