Learning evenings at MAAD come with homework, fresh perspectives and plenty of “I hadn’t thought of it that way!” moments.

This week, our MD, led an engaging session unpacking the previous week’s assignments and looking at how small creative choices can make a big difference to the finished work.

The best part? Everyone brings something to the table. We challenge ideas, learn from each other and leave with something new to try.

Because sharpening our craft means staying curious, putting in the practice and always making room to grow.

From dawn to dusk, Kololo was hope in motion.

Today 100,000+ of us ran the 15th Rotary Cancer Run at Kololo Independence Grounds under “Gwanga Mujje - Let’s Run to Restore Hope” - from the early morning prep, to the flag-off, to the final finish, and straight into celebration.

We ran for the 35,000 Ugandans diagnosed every year. Every step goes towards the UGX 5B goal to complete & equip the Cancer Treatment Centre at St. Francis Hospital Nsambya with a modern Linear Accelerator.

We ran. We gave. We restored hope. Thank you to Rotary District 9213, partners, survivors & every runner.

A deep sorrow has settled over the hills of Tooro, echoed across Uganda and felt around the world.

We stand with the Royal Family and the people of Tooro as Ugandans and the international community mourn His Majesty Omukama Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV. His life, leadership and devotion to his people will remain an enduring part of Tooro’s story, Uganda’s heritage and the hearts of all who knew and admired him.
