Five rules of marketing that will help you find the right Niche.
#1. Being first matters more than being better.

Whenever a company is "first" in a new category, as was with tge carbonated soft drinks, the impression it makes lasts for generations.

-Cola was founded in 1892. In the 124 years since, countless rivals have come and gone. Only (founded in 1898, only six years after Coke) remains a real competitor. Yet in 2015, owned 42.7% of the U.S market for soft drinks, while owned only 31.1%.

This is true despite the fact actually wins in taste tests.

Clients do not buy what would be useful in the future. They want a good deal today and for them to break the bank; the offer must be irresistible.
Note. The offer need not necessarily be a price cut. As Apple has continually demonstrated, it is possible to create irresistible offers on other areas than price.
Marketers, there are just too many ways to make your offer irresistible, so don't only think of price. Small breaks like payment terms, delivery, add-ons may just break the ice.
