Lake Basin events have well-skilled management that is highly qualified and experienced to deliver to its best. It is owned by indigenous Ugandans who are knowledgeable and passionate about Uganda. Among the management team are persons equipped with wealth of experience in customer service operations, fleet management skills, cost effective management skills and well equipped with the laws of a truly international standard. What we do
As a team, we pride ourselves in providing both great value and exemplary customer service from the clients’ initial consultation right through to the event. Our staff is comprised of permanent staff and support staff who come in when there is a work overload. These are on-call daily to alleviate the pressure on the permanent workers. The permanent staff is comprised of a team well skilled in customer service operations and networking.
