Having moved to Athens from Frankfurt seventeen years ago to broaden our experiences, meet new people, have more fun, see different things and eat better food, we have decided that it is now time for a new adventure!

From the 1st of February 2019, Rena, Michael and pi6 communication design will be saying goodbye to Athens to pursue new ways of thinking and designing, and to experience new sounds, smells, tastes, languages and sights.

Next stop: Doha!

One year has already passed since the exhibition “160 Years Made in Greece – Industry, Innovation, Novelty” was inaugurated at Technopolis Athens. We are very proud of having designed the visual identity, the main communication material and the exhibition graphics for this exceptional event. Still so thrilled about last Friday! The wayfinding & signage project for COSMOTE e-value was awarded with the first prize in the environmental graphics category at the ΕΒΓΕ Awards 2018. Our wall calendar “Organizer 2018” was awarded in the category for self promotion and the logotype that we designed for the exhibition “160 Years Made in Greece” is finalist. Thanks to everyone who was involved and to those who supported our work.

We are very happy to share this wayfinding and signage project for the COSMOTE e-value headquarters with you.

COSMOTE e-value, a member of the OTE Group, has been active in the provision of integrated Contact Center services since 1999. In 2017 the company relocated its headquarters to a fully renovated 5-storey building complex in Kerameikos, Athens, accommodating 1,200 shift workers a day.

Given the audience (employees and visitors) and the special characteristics of the 2 buildings that make up the complex, we have developed a comprehensive, clear and consistent system, inspired by the myth of Ariadne, which provides the user with the necessary information for orientation, while at the same time complementing the aesthetics of the space. The buildings took their name from the two ancient neighbourhoods of Kerameikos, while a visual system of geometric-linear shapes was designed to support the “coding” of each floor.
