We specialize in taking off EVERYTHING (paint, rust, oil, etc) from just about ANYTHING (metal, glass, wood), using the highest Tech laser power available in the industry. Please don't call us to book a dancer.....me or Tyrell in a leotard on a brass pole is something you just can't unsee!! Not only can we handle body work and automotive quality painting, we also work on cars and motorcycles, especially the older models. Basically, we're a "can do anything" type shop.

Our dear friends Monty and Kathy Bradeen from Custer SD, and their 1953 Chevy 210. This car has been in the Bradeen family since he was about 6, and was his high school car. It's been our pleasure to help bring this car back to a daily-driver capable auto. You'll know car people when you see them....they tend to tear up a little in nostalgic scenes like this!!

There are some things that you just can't beat laser cleaning! This drive axle is pretty normal condition. It's either HOURS of minute sanding, or sandblasting with a MAJOR cleanup after (like a full blown dip tank or industrial power wash) to get all the sand out. This was just a couple hours of work, and as you can see, ready to go.

One of our recent projects was a race version engine for a 1964 VW Dune Buggy. The engine came to us with a catastrophic failure where to flywheel separated from the crankshaft.

Soooooo......opportunity knocks! Stroker crankshaft, in-house designed pistons, free breathing heads (Chevy vavles), and all new seals (of course). This required case mods for clearance. The twin carbs had to be rebuilt and retuned for the mods. This is a build type that I have wanted to do since I was in high school! Went from 1600 cc to 1776, 7.25 compression to 8.0:1.

The build was a complete success,and is by far the most powerful VW engine I've ever driven! After it's broke in, I'm waiting to see {since it's a shortened wheel base Dune Buggy) if the owner can pop a wheelie on dry pavement.....I'm thinking it will!

Been WAY too long since my last post! Soooo.....gots some catching up to do!

This is the drive shaft from the 53 Chevy that has been with us a couple times now. The torque tube U joint went out, so we dissambled the entire rear end, and rebuilt it. These pictures highlight the work of our laser rust remover. About an hour's work, and every nook and cranny is clean. If you can imagine sanding all this by hand.....and forget sand blasting, you'd never keep all the sand out of the gears! the last picture shows the finished drive ready to install.....
