Payment/Ordering Policy
Orders can be placed through Etsy, Facebook PM, Email or by phone. Payment is only excepted through Paypal or My Website

Orders will not begin processing until payment is complete. Some PayPal payments clear immediately and credit card payments clear
next day. Current turnaround time is 7 business days after payment is received. Depending on supply availability Tutus may take 10 business days to complete. Please be mindful of time frame when placing order. Shipping Policy
I ship only to PAYPAL or Etsy addresses, please verify all information is correct. I am not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Rush Orders are available at an additional cost
DOMESTIC — Within the U.S., most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail

These are custom items, once payment has cleared we cannot offer a refund. You may change your order details within 3 hours of placing it. After 3 hours, please contact me immediately, if construction has begun no changes can be made. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please message me. We do my best to make sure that your idea comes to life. If we make your item to your exact specification, and you are dissatisfied with your design or color choice, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We are happy to fix/exchange/replace anything that was done incorrectly by M.C. Photo/Review Policy

For the perfect tutu fit, please leave waist measurement (at the smallest part of waist)
If you would like a different length, or just have a question, please send me a message. Please note that the larger the size, the more the tulle lays flat. The shorter the size, the more poofy the tutu will be. If you want a fuller Tutu we can double the tulle for an additional cost. Tutu Care
Tutu will need a little TLC upon arrival. I recommended keeping the tulle together like it was delivered until ready to wear. Once ready to wear shake out and fluff to get desired fullness. Hand wash by dunking up and down in a cold water in the sink. Do not rub tulle together.
