1️⃣Am I overwhelmed with my current workload? If you find yourself constantly struggling to keep up with tasks, create strategies, or make decisions, it may be a sign that it's time to hire a team.

Solution: Bringing in experts can take a huge load off and more importantly, you can operate in your zone of genius.

2️⃣Are you discovering that you're unable to take advantage of new opportunities or expand your business due to limited resources?

Solution: It may be a sign that you need to hire a team.

I’m MRS. Loren Smith. I am born and raised in Texas, where bigger is definitely better.😝 My mantra is BIG Vision, BIG Goals, equals even BIGGER results. I’m a multi-hyphenated wife, HR professional, dual business owner, and a dog mom.

And this has been a lonnnnnng journey but after taking time to gain clarity in my brand, I am officially ready to share it with all of you. This is what peace looks like…

Trust me, I wasn’t always in this place it took me deciding that I had enough…

I had to stop comparing myself to others. I would feel that pressure to post everyday, show perfectly curated BTS of my personal life, or hosting allllllll the lives etc.

Don’t get me wrong I’m not against these things but I just don’t think it’s realistic for someone who isn’t a full time creator or entrepreneur …frankly me.

I shared all of this to say, I believe that it’s important for you to be real with yourself and your brand. So, I’m sure you’re wondering what that looks like. I can’t tell you what it looks like for you but for me it looks like…

Creating authentic content that reflects my personal life and brand. Some people feel like your personal brand and brand are separate but I strongly disagree. They can very well “co exist”.
It’s all about how you create your branding strategy and following your brand guidelines.

Having a full branding strategy starts with really diving into your brand core values, brand story, mission, content pillars, and of course that cherry on top, your brand aesthetic.

I feel like I laid all my burdens down by the riverside frfr (see last post)and now I truly can focus on my next move…I’m so close to launching something new & exciting. The anticipation of what I’ve been working is killing me yall but I’m a perfectionist and soooo there’s that! 😂

No but seriously, I’ve been apart of some amazing projects this year and I can’t wait to share them all very soon. As you all know, in between balancing clients, my 9-5, life as a a whole fiancé, wedding planning, friendships, and mini getaways because travel Loren is back👀….

I’ve been rebranding and I’m FINALLY starting to see the light. So if you see me a little less, it’s because I’m doing a lot more AND I’m really being intentional with how I present my content to you moving forward. You will start to see a shift in how I move in my personal brand as well. In the meantime, tell what’s new with you and your brand? 👀
