Almost there, 16x20 black canvas, Createx illustration, Iwata micron.
I started by creating a vector drawing of the excavator and the tree trunks. Plotted it on oracal paint mask and began with white and an assortment of hand shields and Gerald Mendez texture stencils for the leaves etc. alternated with straight illustration colors as glazed and colors mixed with white for added opacity (Thank you Dru Blair’s classroom in a box color theory). A few touch ups then a nice clear coat!
