In my opinion, the most valuable asset you can offer isn’t a actually a skill.

It’s genuine care.

I’ve been an empath my whole life. That didn’t stop when I became a business owner. It got louder. Much louder and much more transparent in the pursuit of what mattered most.

Caring is how More Meaningful Marketing started.

Caring is how More Than a Marketer came to life.

My clients don’t just need a strategy.

They need someone who actually gives a damn about what they’re building.

Caring about what lights you up.

What makes you feel balanced.

What gets you excited to open your laptop on a Monday.

I personally think caring is so underrated.

My job isn’t to hand you a marketing plan.

It’s to help you figure out what you truly care about, and build something worthy of it.

Success?

Money?

Time?

Impact?

It ALL matters.

So tell me, what are you still waiting to live out loud?

The night before my latest photo shoot, my daughter asked me a question I wasn't ready for.

"Mommy, why are my brother and I in the photo shoot tomorrow?"

I gave her the easy answer. I pulled up old photos. I walked her through the history of the business, the headshots over the years, the family photos as everything grew and shifted.

And when it was done, I could tell she wasn't satisfied.

I had answered it for her, but not in a way that she completely understood.

The next morning I corrected myself.

I told her: "You and your brother are in these photos because you are the reason the business exists. If you weren't here, it would have never been started. This business lets me be with you more and it means so much to our family. And I never want to do a photo shoot without you in it, because you are the most meaningful part of all of it."

She smiled. She got it. And when we stepped in front of the camera, she and her brother both showed up with a pride I wasn't expecting.

That pink blazer she picked out herself.

That little boy in the outfit I packed the night before.

Both of them completely at home in a moment that was, in every way, theirs too.

Here's a behind-the-scenes photo from that day, captured by Jontell Vanessa Photography. I have wanted to work with her for years, and when the opportunity came, I said yes without hesitation. I cannot wait to see the photos when they're ready.

To everyone who has been on this journey, thank you. For supporting me, my family, and a business that was built so I could be present for the people who matter most while helping women across the globe show up in their marketing, stand out in their industries, and get business done.

This is what More Meaningful Marketing® and More Than a Marketer with Tiffany Lewis mean to me. All of it.

Not pictured: my husband, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes that day. Double-checking everything, packing what we needed, getting the kids ready, and documenting the whole thing so nothing got missed. The shoot wouldn't have come together the way it did without him.

Sometimes it’s difficult to fully grasp how much privilege our generation has experienced.

Even with the challenges we face globally, there is still so much to be thankful for.

Today will undoubtedly be filled with cookouts, family, friends, and celebration for many of us, but it’s important to remember why this day exists.

Memorial Day is about honoring the men and women who gave their lives while serving our country.

The older I get, the more perspective that sacrifice holds.

This isn’t just another holiday. It’s a reminder that many gave their last breath in service to something greater than themselves, and that freedom should never be taken for granted in a world often filled with division, instant gratification, and lost togetherness.

Today, we remember those who never made it home.

Maycember is a real thing for moms present and past.

If you’re a grandmother, you may be experiencing it second-hand.

Field days.

End-of-year tests.

Teacher & bus driver gifts.

Sports.

Vacation planning.

Final projects.

If I’ve been a little quiet here, it’s half because it’s Maycember and half because I’m working on something super exciting.

I can’t wait to share more with you soon. 🩷

I have been head down learning and testing AI over the last handful of weeks.

I’m super excited, but here are a couple things I’m thinking about:
AI works fast and it’s also changing fast. Don’t jump into investing in the first targeted ad, system, or process. There are plenty that will be viable in the future and many that will not stand the test of time. Choose carefully. Do your research. Consider your business needs above all — where it is and where it’s going.

2. I built a beautiful website using AI. It still took a while, and ultimately, I decided to recreate the design on something I have a little more control over. I have so many questions. Security, revisions, email sequences, AEO, GEO, and SEO to name a few. I don’t think we’re there quite yet. I’m eager to learn and research more about what this means short- and long-term.

3. Some ways I’ve personally used AI lately:
- To organize my desktop every night (if you’re a marketer, you know).
- To summarize my weekly schedule and prep me for it.
- To hold me accountable to “right-after-the-call” follow-up
- To look at my business YTD and create real-time dashboards of my pipeline.
- To meal prep, plan, and place my grocery orders.

What would you add?

I was the woman climbing the corporate ladder, who didn’t want children.

It’s almost comical now, that I would turn myself and my life completely inside out to create the life I have now.

That becoming a mother would ignite a new kind of love in my heart and light a new kind of spark in my soul.

“I remember the days I prayed for the things I have now,” was the quote I said in the very first video I made for my business.

If you’ve never seen it, it’s worth the watch. My sweet little girl. ❤️

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms, who no matter how challenging this season can be, show up and keep advocating for your families!

Before becoming a mother, I had the mindset that I would continue to work and live life in the same ways. I had a career in marketing that I really enjoyed, ...

You know how some people work best under pressure? 🫠

I would say generally that's not me, but guess who it is? My daughter. 🤣

She waited until the last minute to do this report, presentation, and art project, that she knew she had coming. 🫣

To be honest, I knew it was coming, too, but weeks went by without a reminder, and well, mom brain. 🧠

So, that meant a Walmart trip last night.

And lots of practicing this morning.

Oh, and lots of paper cuttings, glue, and markers, too. Everywhere.

She had her speech down.

She wasn't nervous.

She knew exactly what to do.

I recorded her, had her watch it, and we found ourselves putting the finishing touches on the artwork all the way until the bus came to pick her up. 🚌

Fingers crossed the glue dries in time.🤞🏼

Did I mention I have a very full day on the heels of each child being off a day each already, plus a delayed start this week? 😂

Oh, sweet daughter of mine. 🩷

For the record, this is not the way that I like to operate, and I assured a little planning is a good thing in the future.

It seems this is a lesson, just like it is in business, that we work with all kinds of different people.

Some on our timelines, others not.

I'm parenting a child a little the same and a little different than myself, and sometimes that's hard, but some people just work best under pressure and I'm noticing that she does. 😅

So, give moms a little grace. They sure do need it. By the time they’ve started the workday, sometimes they’ve lived a full day already. 🩷

Photo of the aftermath, but she left with a lot of pride and a big smile, which made it all worth it.

Not every business is AI-ready, but almost every business is knee-deep in it right now.

In my opinion, you should be learning it, getting acquainted with it, and using it regularly to see how it can benefit for your business.

Clients and prospects are coming to me to better-understand AI, how to use it in their businesses, and how to do it quickly. They are stressed because with each passing day, they feel like they’re getting more behind.

They’re surprised when I reassure them to pump the brakes. Training AI is WAY easier than untraining AI.

I am all about having the conversation, supporting AI initiatives, and seeing how it can optimize your business, but I will not add AI to an already-vulnerable house of cards.

What I will do (first) is:
- Help you get have a firm handle on your processes
- Better understand what every person in your organization is doing
- Learn how they're spending their time so we can learn how to save them time
- Help you define what your outreach strategy looks like
- Get curious about what your inbound leads look like
- Deep dive into your conversion strategy
- Learn how you can save time and efficiencies with the tech stack you already have

Then, we’ll determine what your marketing strategy should be based on your business stage, buyers journey, revenue split, processes, and goals.

AI is great for optimizing, scaling, and producing quantity, but you have to do the upfront work before it will do the heavy lifting for you.

When you think about how 65-70% of business comes from existing customers, the first question you ask should be, “How do my processes support the business I already have?”

Then, AI becomes your 10x strategy.

If you’re ready to get clarity in your business, I’m here to help, and that’s exactly the work we’ll do together in my Executive Level-Up™ process.

When we’re done, you’ll have a blueprint of everything you can do to amplify your revenue and business.

If you need help implementing it, my team and I are here for that, too.

I had the pleasure of sponsoring the Moms On Target , “Motherhood Matters” event at the end of April.

It was a night of fun, testimony, and women business owners coming together for an important cause.

Moms On Target is about more than moms walking by faith, it’s an organization committed to being the village.

It’s about moms getting together for their kids to play, gathering for weekly Bible study (childcare incuded), organizing a meal train for someone in need, and getting through hard moments as a community.

It’s about Founder, Jesse Coontz’s personal testimony, heart, and faith-driven mission for the power of moms raising happy, healthy, safe families with each other.
