ADHD and entrepreneurship is such a funny yet CRIPPLING combo because how am I simultaneously full of ideas for my business, miss it when i'm not posting, excited about it when someone asks me AND purposely avoiding it when i'm "tired" 😂😅

Taking a little time to figure out what you want your business to look like instead of forcing yourself back into what it used to be is completely normal and healthy, especially as a solopreneur!

One of the biggest lessons I've learned as a solo business owner is that not every inquiry will become a client.

The right clients aren't looking for magic tricks, "viral hacks," or overnight success. They are looking for consistency, a strong strategy, creativity and someone who appreciates and cares about helping their business grow.

I'd much rather build a few strong partnerships than try to be everything to everyone.

Most PT clinics have the content and the who and the why, they just don't have the positioning.

The best clinic social media isn't constantly selling appointments are things people need when they maybe don't yet, it's about educating, building trust, answering questions from patients or prospective patients and showing people what is possible on the other side of recovery.

If i was managing a physical therapy clinic's social media, I'd focus on these key pillars.
