A jacket-back design isn’t simply a larger version of a small embroidery logo.

At a larger scale, the artwork needs to be prepared with composition, distance readability, and stitchable details in mind. Small elements may need simplification, while lettering and spacing need to remain clear from a distance.
The artwork has to be designed for the size, distance, and embroidery medium—not just enlarged.

Auto-digitizing can save time — but it doesn’t always account for what happens during actual production.

A professional embroidery file requires more than recognizing shapes. Stitch density, underlay, stitch direction, sequencing, and pull compensation all need to be considered for a clean, reliable sew-out.
