I wanted to share a thought I had about ideas for your OnHold message. A great candidate for a custom OnHold message would be an HVAC business. Some of the things they could speak to OnHold (or with their Audio Website OnHold) would be if they have a maintenance program, speak about THAT OnHold. Also, I think that Testimonials OnHold are a killer idea not to mention reminding folks OnHold if they are happy with YOUR service to go out and create a great review on line for your business.

I met someone at my last stair climb a week ago Saturday. His name is Troy Alston, He is number 9 in the USA for stair climbers and number 23 on the planet. He has been very inspirational to me since I met him. Besides being a world class stair climber he is also a graphic artist. If you are a stair climber and you would like to stand out at your next conquering of the stairs at your next climb, you may want to get one of his shirts that he adds to his list quite regularly. People ask me if I will retire or why I haven't retired. After an awesome day like yesterday, There is no reason for me to do that! 9am zoomer, this was potentially life altering, a great 1-2-1 10am zoomer, was introduced to a couple of great potential referral partners 1pm zoomer, had a GREAT 1-2-1, YOU never know what is going to occur when you have one. Can be potentially life altering. 3:30pm zoomer, this one was probably one of the best 1-2-1s I have had in my career. This day was chock full of truly great meetings!!!!! I highly recommend BNI Founder Ivan Meisners coaching that YOU should never turn down a 1-2-1, you never know what will happen.

Hi, I am John Waller. I have been known as The OnHold Guy for 28 years. Here is a pic of me with "the girls". They were my guinea pigs that I had for a couple of years, I had to rehome them when I moved up to Idaho for work. They were great pets, I trained one of them to sit on my shoulder and kiss my ear. The best toy you can get for a guinea pig is another guinea pig. So I drove up to the Santa Cruz mountains and got a second one.

This is a picture of the triple nickel, this was my second stair climb @ 555 California street in SF. I was #14 out of 1,000 climbers in fund raising for that climb for the American Lung Association.

This is Bling Bear. He is not mad at me right now because Saturday I came in 1st in my age group ( I was the only one in 70-79) so I HAD to be number 1, right? So that is why Bling Bear is happy cause he getting another medal in a few days. Stay tuned, I will post another picture of him with his newest medal. This was my 7th climb for the American Lung Association.
