Slow Flow Into Mindfulness is a practice built around breath and intentional movement. The kind that regulates your nervous system, lowers cortisol, and gives your mind and body a chance to reset. It is exactly what Mental Health Awareness Month calls for.
And this class goes further than the mat.
I am teaching this donation-based class in support of International Justice Mission , an organization working around the world to rescue victims of trafficking, restore survivors, and strengthen the justice systems that protect vulnerable people. Right now, an estimated 50 million people are living in exploitation. IJM is on the ground doing something about it.
