Something I can’t stop thinking about:

Nature does not transform in isolation. Every shift, every opening, every becoming happens in relationship to something else, and we are no different. The environments we place ourselves in are quietly, constantly shaping who we’re becoming: our beliefs, our standards, our sense of what’s possible.

I was flipping through my journal and this line rose off the page in a way I wasn’t expecting:

“The difference between a stumbling block and a stepping stone is how high you raise your foot.” 🦶🏼🪨

It reminded me how much power lives in the small lift we choose inside ourselves, the kind that helps us meet a moment with a little more steadiness and a little more clarity. When we rise even slightly, the entire path forward begins to shift with us! 🧗🏽‍♀️

That’s exactly why I created Mindset Groups, a small, structured cohort built around real accountability, growth mindset principles, and the kind of community that keeps you moving even when motivation fades.

I teach yoga. I guide people through breathwork and nervous system resets. And I am genuinely bad at taking breaks.

So when I saw Adam Grant say it plainly, I felt seen and also appreciated the reminder that rest is not a reward… It is part of the work.

What if 75 minutes could shift the way stress lives in your body?

Slow Flow Into Mindfulness is a practice built around breath and intentional movement. The kind that regulates your nervous system, lowers cortisol, and gives your mind and body a chance to reset. It is exactly what Mental Health Awareness Month calls for.

And this class goes further than the mat.

I am teaching this donation-based class in support of International Justice Mission , an organization working around the world to rescue victims of trafficking, restore survivors, and strengthen the justice systems that protect vulnerable people. Right now, an estimated 50 million people are living in exploitation. IJM is on the ground doing something about it.

Your breath, your movement, your presence. It all counts. And your contribution helps someone else reclaim their safety and rebuild their life.
