Quit selling your services and sell the internal transformation you are creating instead. What I mean by that is to focus a little less on the external problem - the hair - and focus on the internal problems your clients are facing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Maybe your client doesn't feel like she's REALLY who she is meant to be. Maybe your client has had her hair done in the past in ways that were comfortable with society instead of embracing who she is deep down. Maybe your client has played it safe with her hair because she was terrified to have hair that was out of the "norm." In hear heart, your client is craving to be different, to come out of her shell, to let loose and go all in with a full s**g haircut. But she just doesn't want a stylist that will just cut her hair and shove her to the receptionist. She wants a stylist that hears her, empathizes with her feelings, and will be her number one fan and holding her hand when she does make that step for the full s**g haircut. ✨SHE WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND THAT YOU CAN DO THAT FOR HER, THOUGH, IF YOU DON'T START SPEAKING TO HER INTERNAL PROBLEMS ✨She knows you can cut hair - she sees all of your work on Instagram.
