🎓 Investing in the Next Generation – 2026 Second Half Scholarship Recipients 🎓

As we approach the 9th anniversary of Kewaunee County, Wisconsin Farm Technology Days 2017, the Executive Committee is proud to announce the eighth group of students receiving support from the Second Half Scholarship Fund.

These scholarships recognize students in the second half of their post-secondary education who, or their families, helped make Farm Technology Days 2017 a success through volunteering, sponsorship, or vendor participation.

Congratulations to the 2026 recipients!

📍 Luxemburg-Casco
• Savannah Bailey – UW–River Falls, Agricultural Education
• Emma Delebreau – UW–Platteville, Biology
• Jacob Treml – Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, Diesel Mechanic
• Anna Pravecheck – Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, Radiography
• Katie Ledvina – UW–Madison, Kinesiology

A total of $6,000 was awarded in 2026, bringing the fund one step closer to its goal of providing $60,000 in scholarships over 10 years.

We're always excited to see the ice skating rink open! We played a big role in this project to bring it to the community, but the Kewaunee County Promotion & Recreation Department puts in the maintenance and hard work to get it ready for everyone. Go out and enjoy it!

We are happy to announce the Dana Farm Ice Rink is now OPEN!! 😃⛸️
The ice is in fair condition as we continue to work out some rough spots on the rink.
•Bring your own skates, rentals not available
•Ice Rink is free to use
•The Rink is unsupervised, use at your own risk

It is with heavy hearts that we share the loss of a special member of our Farm Technology Days family. Dale brought passion and dedication to an important and fun part of our FTD journey through the Gehl 800 Forage Harvester model. He will be remembered for his contributions to our agricultural community. Our deepest condolences are with his family, friends, and loved ones.
