Job duties include:

Capable of performing physical yard work
Loading and unloading of materials (mulch, plants, etc).

Leaf and Debris Removal
W**d Removal
Mulch Installation
Operate equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmer, blowers, etc.

Experience necessary
Must be available September 15-March 31st. With ability to extend dates throughout the year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
-Report to Jobsite
-Large Commercial Properties
-Residential Properties
-Work is done in crews of 2-5 people
Qualifications
-Previous expierence in maintenance or other related fields
-Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
-Ability to handle physical workload
-Deadline and detail orientated
