Soaking up the last of summer with my people before they all go back to school. Weâve had lots of highs (vacation, family time) and the typical summer lows (bored kids, no schedule funk).
Iâve realized that when it comes to my business, summer is actually my winter âď¸ Itâs a time for me to step back a bit, reflect, and dream up my vision for the ânew school year.â Maybe itâs the former teacher in me, but Iâm in the mood to plan and enjoy a fresh start after hibernationđť
When I taught (high school business btw), I loved the start of a new school year! I was rejuvenated from a few months away from the classroom and came back with energy to give my students.
I will be sad for our summer adventures come to end, but as I told my husband (also an educator) itâs âsummerâ all year where we live so technically itâs not over âď¸đ´
Iâm VERY excited to hit the ground running again once my workspace returns to quiet during school hours đ I canât wait to share the exciting ventures Iâve been dreaming up soonđŤđЎ
