The single most important thing in your life? AI can help you tackle it.

Fire up Claude (or Gemini/ChatGPT), switch to voice mode, and talk through your goal: what's worked, what hasn't, what you're worried about. Ask it to build a plan. Then ask: "What can I do this week to move the needle?" Do those things, report back at week's end, ask what's next.

Now AI is your thought partner AND your accountability partner.

Stop telling me you're not technical. In this day and age, it doesn't matter.

I watched a friend go from a blank screen and a pile of data to a finished PowerPoint, just by asking Claude Code what to do next. He didn't know how. He asked. When the AI needed something, it asked him back.

You don't need to know how anymore. You just need to ask (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, OpenAI). The "I'm not technical" excuse is gone.

A hundred years of sales training, right at your fingertips with AI.

If you're selling anything, customers will have objections. The best move is to answer them before they even come up, in your sales page and marketing. The hard part is knowing what those objections will be.

So let AI tell you. Give it your sales page, product literature, and info, and ask for the 10 most common objections for your product given your ideal customer avatar. Then, because it knows your business, ask it for a one-sentence response to each one. No hard sell, just the cold facts straight from your own marketing.

Use it two ways: tighten your sales copy, or drop these objection-killers into your FAQ. And on the call, when the customer raises the objection, you answer it like you've been prepared all your life.

Hate that report you have to do every Monday? Sales figures, the weekly numbers, the same grind week in, week out. Those days are behind you.

Throw the spreadsheet into Claude Code, tell it how you want the report, and let it generate. Every Monday morning it's done in minutes. With Claude Cowork you can even set it on autopilot to pull the data and run it automatically.

Review and edit at first, but once your instructions are dialed in, you can have the report in everyone's inbox before you even get to your desk. Just like handing it to an intern.

AI will create more jobs and opportunity than it displaces. Here's a real example.

Reuters reported in 2023 that IKEA deployed call-center bots (an early form of AI) to handle millions of calls. Instead of laying people off, IKEA retrained those workers into roles like interior design advisors, and the result was more revenue.

It wasn't smooth, and it wasn't some grand plan to avoid layoffs. But the outcome was more skilled labor, retrained people, and higher revenue. That's the right vision for AI: take people out of mundane, low-reward work, let AI handle that, and up-level them into something better.

This has happened hundreds of times over the last century. I don't see why we can't do it again.

Are you in a job that might be replaced by AI? If you were, would you want something more fulfilling, more challenging, more rewarding? Let me know in the comments.

Sick of taking notes in meetings? I am. Here's what I do instead.

With everyone's permission, I record the meeting in the iPhone Voice Memos app. Most people don't know this: Voice Memos now auto-transcribes the whole thing with the iPhone's onboard AI. Everything said gets typed out.

Then the bonus tip: paste that transcript into Claude or ChatGPT and ask for whatever you need. Compose the follow-up email. Summarize it. Pull the action items.

My favorite move: meet about software you want built, let the group throw out ideas and specs, then feed those notes to Claude Code to spec and vibe-code the product. A ridiculously high-leverage way to turn a group's creativity into a real thing.

You pushed back on my last video: sure, use AI, but what about art?

They said the exact same thing about photography in the 1850s. Baudelaire said there was no skill in it. He was wrong. Ask Ansel Adams.

Photography didn't kill art. It freed it: impressionism, cubism, everything we call art today.

AI is just a tool, and tools always do the same thing. They commoditize the task and raise the value of judgment. Great artists will be more sought after than ever, because they're uniquely human.

The camera didn't kill art. It killed one way of making art and opened up ten more.

So where do you land? Did CGI kill movies? Let me know in the comments.

Ever had someone jam a 14-page contract in your face and say "sign here"? We've all done it: "it's just a standard contract, right?"

Next time, don't. Photograph or upload the contract and ask AI: "Anything here I should be aware of? Explain this in plain English. What should I raise with my attorney?"

This isn't legal advice, and you should still talk to a real attorney. But we often don't, because it takes time. A quick AI read is better than nothing, and it preps you for that conversation. Given Claude can pass the bar exam, it's worth a look before you sign.

Why is everyone so obsessed with whether AI was involved in making something?

If I cured cancer with AI's help, would you care? If a book brought joy to millions, would you care a tool helped write it? The obsession isn't about quality. It's fear: AI is moving people's cheese.

It's like refusing furniture made with power tools. Use the best tools you've got to make something great. Right now, that includes AI.

If you don't think AI is changing everything, you're just dead wrong.

My mom got a new gas oven and wasn't sure how to adjust her cookie recipe for it. So she had the idea to ask AI (Gemini, in this case) what she should consider. Amazingly, it walked her through exactly what to change.

When my 80-year-old mom is using AI to solve a real problem in her kitchen, the "it's just hype" argument is over.
