Hello fellow embroidery enthusiasts! The design queue at my shop is officially overflowing, and I am looking to add a few more talented folks to our amazing Tester Tribe! Right now, I have over 100 designs waiting to be tested. If you love embroidery and have a sharp eye, I would love to hear from you!

📋 What I'm Looking For:

Equipment: You must have a 6x10 hoop and larger.

Photography Skills: You need to be able to take clean, well-lit photographs of your stitch-outs.

Attention to Detail: I need someone who isn't afraid to speak up and tell me if something's not right or needs fixing.

Availability: Able to commit to testing one design set a week.

⚠️ CRITICAL WEBSITE STORAGE UPDATE: Please Back Up Your Embroidery Designs! ⚠️
Hello, WhichCraft? Studio family!

We are experiencing a major storage squeeze on the website server, which forces us to make some immediate, necessary changes to how we manage our digital space.

What is Changing
To make room for all the upcoming new releases, all Embroidery Sets older than 90 days are now hidden from the website. They are no longer available for purchase.

What This Means For Your Purchases
The 30-Day Window: As a reminder, you always have 30 days from your purchase date to download your digital embroidery files directly from your order links.

Sets vs. Individual Files: Individual files and smaller combinations are staying right where they are. However, the larger, older Sets have been moved entirely off the website server to an external storage drive.

I’ve Still Got Your Back: I am absolutely still here for you, and I am more than willing to help if you lose your files! I am not deleting them from existence—they are just off the live site.

🚨 The Big Request: Back Up Your Files Now!
The absolute safest thing you can do for your digital library is to download all of your files—especially your sets—and back them up right now. Whether you prefer a cloud-based backup or a solid-state external drive, keeping your own secure copy is always best practice for any maker.

⏱️ Why You Need to Act Before July 1st
From Now Until July 1st: Your existing download links for these sets are still active in the background. If your link expired or you can't find it, get in touch with me as soon as possible. I can easily reactivate the link for you right now while they are still on the server.

After July 1st: The sets will be permanently removed from the server. If you lose a set after July 1st, I will have to manually plug in my external drive, hunt down your files, and email them to you individually.

Please Pack Your Patience: Because retrieving files manually from external storage is a much more involved process, it will take a minimum of 2 to 3 days for me to send them to you after July 1st. If you lose a large batch of sets, it will take even longer.

Please get your digital files in order before the July 1st cutoff so you don't run into any delays later! I appreciate your support, your understanding, and your patience as we clear out the vault for what's coming next. 🖤
