Teaching you how to make more sales on Instagram will only get you so far if you hate the life you had to build to make it.

Yes, I want you want more.

I want you to have bigger months, better rooms, more clients and wayyyy more money in the bank.

But I also want you to actually be able to USE that money to build a life you like.

say yes more.

take a random Tuesday off.

book the trip

hire the team

To spend 3 days at Universal with your kid without checking Slack every 20 minutes 😂

To close the laptop at 2 because the business doesn’t need you sitting there until dinner to keep moving.

That’s the part people miss when they talk about scaling.

At some point, it can’t just be about making more money.

You have to restructure the business so making more creates MORE opportunities in your life…not more responsibility, more stress and less freedom.

That’s a huge part of what we do inside Accelerator.

We’re building the business AND the life the business is supposed to pay for.

The Sydney Sweeney ad is interesting to me for a completely different reason than everyone arguing about the Sydney Sweeney controversy 👀

Whether you loved the Sydney Sweeney ad, hated it, agreed with it, or thought the entire thing was ridiculous…people TALKED about it.

And that’s the lesson.💅

Strong marketing attracts people AND repels people.

The goal was never to make every person on the internet agree with you.

The goal is to stand for something strongly enough that the right people lean in.

The reaction to the ad is a pretty damn good reminder that being polarizing isn’t always the problem.

Being forgettable is.

That’s why I’m obsssed with getting you seen, becoming known, and getting paid.

Tightening up your operations is not for the weak 😂

I swear if I could stay in sales, marketing and coaching all day, that would be my dream job.

But there comes a point when you want to increase revenue where the stuff behind the scenes has to get cleaned up too.

I’ve had a few moments over the last two years where I knew if I took on more clients, more things were gonna break.

And every single time, it required me to step in as the CEO, figure out what actually needed to be updated, and help guide the team through making those changes.

But if you want a bigger business, eventually the business itself has to grow up too.

I shared in an earlier post that I thought when you turned 40 you had it all figured out and you finally became an adult! But I’m coming to find out is that you never stop learning or growing and when you do then you might as well call it quits because there’s always something else to get better at. It’s OK to be a beginner and it’s OK to suck for a long time.
