Last week we had the honor of celebrating an extraordinary milestone alongside and , as Las Vegas was named the host city for the Southwest Award Ceremony on August 26, with Fontainebleau Las Vegas serving as the host hotel.

Last week we welcomed to Las Vegas with an incredible grand opening event inside Fontainebleau Las Vegas! We were thrilled to welcome friends, tastemakers, media, colleagues, and more to experience Chef Gabriela Cámara’s iconic Mexican cuisine, served within the all-new restaurant designed by famed architect Frida Escobedo. Guests were also treated to tray-passed Joven and hand-crafted Blanco cocktails, courtesy of Casa Dragones co-founder and CEO Bertha Gonzáles Nieves, as they ate, drank, and danced the night away.

It was an incredible moment highlighting three celebrated female artisans and Las Vegas has welcomed Cantina Contramar with overwhelming enthusiasm. We are grateful to have been part of such a meaningful debut and are in awe of the extraordinary event the team created.

We are so excited to share that Club 1902 – the private, member’s only club located within The Commodore – A Bartolotta Restaurant has earned the distinction of being one of three finalists for the 22nd Annual HD Project Awards presented by in the Member’s Club category.

This year, Hospitality Design received nearly 900 submissions honoring the best and most innovative design achievements. This marks the second consecutive year of HD Project Awards nominations for and The Commodore - A Bartolotta Restaurant.

We are looking forward to celebrating and the other nominees on May 5, 2026, in Las Vegas when award winners are announced. Congratulations to The Bartolotta Restaurants and Jay Franke Design on this exciting nomination!

In case you missed the news, on March 28th, proudly introduces to the public, bringing together three of Mexico’s most influential creative voices: Chef Gabriela Cámara, founder of the iconic Mexico City restaurant Contramar; world-renowned Architect Frida Escobedo, and Maestra Tequilera Bertha González Nieves, CEO and co-founder of Casa Dragones.

The menu highlights Chef Cámara’s 27-year legacy of ingredient-driven cooking - from vibrant ceviches and aguachiles to signature dishes like Pescado a la Talla, Wagyu carne asada, tostada flights, and handmade tortillas. Guests can expect theatrical tableside moments, a signature dessert cart, and a beverage program featuring cocktails, pairings, and flights.

Today, The Bartolotta Restaurants proudly announced their newest restaurant - High Stakes by Bartolotta - a European-inspired steakhouse in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. High Stakes by Bartolotta draws inspiration from ’s tenure in Las Vegas, his experiences in London social clubs alongside designer Jay Franke, and his extensive background in European cooking techniques.

High Stakes by Bartolotta marks a bold new chapter for , reinforcing the company’s continued investment in Milwaukee and its commitment to the energy and revitalization of the downtown community.
