Super happy today!! It’s been a minute since I’ve continuously run beyond 10min! It’s been grueling trying to get back to my pace (not there yet) and endurance levels (not there yet) that I had last year around this time. 🏃🏾‍♀️

Today, I’m on week 6, the final week of my run 5k Peloton program. I feel great!🏃🏾‍♀️

My next run program with Peloton will be EPIC! 😊

Water. Vitamins. Immune boosting. ✊🏾
