45 years. One big bet.

When my parents started Creative Signs Inc. 45 years ago, they were betting on hard work, great people, and doing business the right way. They probably didn't expect their son would one day be sitting behind a microphone talking about company culture, leadership, mentorship, and how faith has shaped the way we lead our team.

Joe Arenella and Elizabeth Arenella Toynes invited me back on Behind The Signs, but this time it wasn't as part of a panel. It was for my own episode. That was both humbling and a lot of fun.
