My career path hasn’t been linear, but it’s been mine.

I started as a bilingual rep in Neenah with a hunger to learn, and that drive took me from Kimberly-Clark to leading YouTube strategy for one of the biggest tech companies in the world.

¿Sientes que trabajas mucho en redes pero no ves resultados? 🛑 Stop the guesswork.

Most business owners have "leaks" in their marketing funnel. Si su marketing no está ayudando a crear clientes, haga este audit de 5 minutos:

✅ 1. The "3-Second Bio" Test (La Prueba de 3 Segundos):
Go to your profile. If a stranger can't tell exactly who you help and how you do it within 3 seconds, you're losing leads before they even scroll.

Fix: Change "I am a [Job Title]" to "I help [Target Audience] achieve [Specific Result]."

✅ 2. The Friction Check (Menos es Más):
Click the link in your bio or the "Book Now" button on your page. Does it work? Does it load fast? Does it lead directly to a call-to-action?

Fix: If your lead has to click more than twice to talk to you, your friction is too high.

✅ 3. The "Them vs. Me" Ratio (Contenido de Valor):
Look at your last 5 posts. Are they all about your services, or are they solving a problem for your audience?

Fix: Aim for 4 posts that provide value/education for every 1 post that directly sells.

✅ 4. The Proof Factor (Confianza):
When was the last time you shared a client win, a testimonial, or a "behind-the-scenes" of your process?

Fix: People buy from people they trust. If there’s no social proof in your recent feed, there’s no trust.
