Sprangers Orchard Adventure Zone opened this weekend and we had to check out Kenneth’s first job! 🥹

This place is not only huge with lots of family activities but they made the maze interactive and educational. We arrived at 9:15am and left at 11am and did NOT get through every section in the maze.

It was a great day to visit since it was cloudy yet warm enough to wear shorts. Highly recommend taking the family tomorrow or any weekend before their last day which is Oct 31st.

A couple of days ago, Owen and I spent the day hiding from grasshoppers on the trail, exploring the nature center exhibits, and finishing it off with some good old-fashioned crayfish hunting in the creek. We didn’t catch anything but we love that it’s a free fun activity that you can do as a family!

There’s something so special about slowing down and seeing the outdoors through your kid’s eyes. However, I’ll never understand how someone who loves nature can’t stand certain bugs 😆

There is still plenty of time to check out 1000 Islands Environmental Center and explore the trails, spot native wildlife, visit the indoor nature center, fishing, or attend their community events.
