Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for Sign Installers, Sign Fabricators, and Sanders located in High Point, NC. The Sign Installers will be responsible for the installation of a variety of signs, ensuring they are securely and accurately placed. Sign Fabricators will be tasked with constructing and assembling signs based on specifications. Sanders will prepare surfaces of signs for finishing by smoothing and ensuring they are ready for painting or other treatments. All team members must adhere to safety standards and maintain quality control throughout their tasks.
Qualifications
*Proficiency in installation techniques and knowledge of different signage materials
*Experience in sign fabrication, including cutting, assembling, and welding
*Skills in surface preparation, including sanding and smoothing techniques
*Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
*Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
*Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus

Signage Industries is looking for a positive, eager, self-motivated, team player, with a background in painting. Job would consists of washing and painting aluminum signs, acrylic and metal letters in an indoor paint booth. Hours are 7am - 3:30pm.
