The banana mug cake recipe is super quick and easy to make.
1 banana, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons coconut water, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons almond flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Just stir everything together to form a batter, sprinkle some dark chocolate chips on top if you wish, and microwave for 3 minutes.

Roast your vegetables such as zucchini, carrots, or sweet potatoes in a little olive oil with some cynenne pepper for about 25 minutes at 425 degrees, turning them periodically. Remove when crispy at the edges, then toss them in a teaspoon of organic turmeric powder. Garnish with fresh thyme.
