We love when our work comes inspired. Especially when that inspiration comes in the form of a latte and a blueberry muffin from our favorite Old Town spot, Misha’s Coffeehouse & Roaster. And this sketch we did for our friends at Watermark Old Town, a new Boutique Condominium of 18 Homes on the Waterfront by The IDI Group Companies, added the perfect amount of visual storytelling and whimsy to this marketing campaign. And in return, we got a little extra love and attention from our true inspiration.

Lyons & Sucher launched Brambleton’s urban address and helped Knutson Homes achieve a new high price point for townhomes in Brambleton Town Center. We developed the brand and launched an integrated marketing program that connected with buyers online, in hand, and onsite in the Knutson Sales Center.

Lyons & Sucher named, branded, and launched Upper West at One Loudoun, a collection of luxury townhomes by Miller & Smith. Our “next level” campaign, which included video, online, collateral, signage, sales center displays and direct mail, helped generate 16 sales in its first five months prior to models opening. It also helped Miller & Smith set a new high mark for Townhome sales in Loudoun County, with several priced over $1M.

Women Giving Back's annual Santa's Toy Drive on December 9th is right is around the corner, and they need your help this year collecting toys for kids, from infants to teenagers.

Last year they gave away over 2,000 toys in 3 hours to hundreds of transitionally homeless women and their children in our community.
